Matcha Mint Chip Smoothie

We like our smoothies super green, super good for you and packed with minty freshness. This matcha mint chip one ticks all the boxes.

Serves: 1

1 banana
1 handful of baby spinach
1⁄2 ripe avocado
240ml coconut milk
12 mint leaves
2 tbsp fibreful original oatbran
2 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tsp matcha
1 tsp maca

Place all of the ingredients except the cacao nibs into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Add in the cacao nibs and pulse a couple of times.

Serve in a glass / jar with fresh mint and a sprinkle of cacao nibs (optional).
