A 40g portion provides 10.2g which is 34% of the suggested daily amount. Chicory Inulin contributes to normal bowel functions by increasing stool frequency**
Natural Oat Beta Glucans Heart Health Oat beta glucans have been shown to help lower blood cholesterol, which may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. One 40g portion of fibreful provides 1.8g which is 60% of the suggested daily amount (3g).
